To apply for a PadSplit room, you need to:
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have verifiable income of at least 3x the weekly rent
  • Pass a background check (no violent felonies or sex offenses)
  • Pay an application fee of $29

Are utilities included in the weekly payment?

Yes, your weekly PadSplit payment includes all utilities: electricity, water, gas, and WiFi.
There are no additional utility bills to worry about.

What furniture is included in the room?

Each PadSplit room comes furnished with a bed, mattress, desk, chair, and closet or clothing storage. Common areas include basic furniture such as a sofa, dining table, and chairs.

How long is the commitment?

PadSplit offers flexible living arrangements with no long-term lease. Members pay on a weekly basis and typically need to provide a 30-day notice before moving out.

Are pets allowed in PadSplit rooms?
